Returns & Refunds: Simple and Hassle-Free

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. The ASHEVILLE Co.™ offers hassle-free returns and refunds on unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise.*
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • The ASHEVILLE Co.™ is not responsible for non-deliverable or lost in transit return packages. 
*Exclusions: sale items, gift cards, seasonal merchandise, perishable goods (such as food items, plant material), and shipping fees.


Return Process:

1. Place merchandise in its original condition (new, unworn, unused, including all tags and labels, packaging & boxing material) securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and order reference number.

2. Mail your return to the address below. Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

3. After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
