Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds: Simple and Hassle-Free
- Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- The ASHEVILLE Co.™ is not responsible for non-deliverable or lost in transit return packages.
Return Process:
1. Place merchandise in its original condition (new, unworn, unused, including all tags and labels, packaging & boxing material) securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and order reference number.
2. Mail your return to the address below. Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

3. After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please carefully review your order before submitting. Due to our automated fulfillment process, once an order is placed we are not able to change, modify, stop, or cancel an order.
Gift Wrapping
We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time. However, our products are delivered in signature packaging perfectly suited for gift giving just as they arrive.
Shipping
The ASHEVILLE Co.™ offers free shipping on all orders.
An automated process begins as soon as you place an order. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days to receive your order. Once shipped tracking will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
